“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”
Ah yes. You said it, Rainer Maria Rilke. Forgive me, or perhaps celebrate me, as I’m going to use your calling to “live the questions now” as an excuse for my recent blogging gaps. Boarding school life is in full swing, and I haven’t found a way to make the blog a part of that rhythm yet. Fortunately, this momentum hasn’t halted podcast recording, so my voice will continue to soothe your ears on a regular weekly basis, even if my words aren’t always around to caress your eyes and massage your mind. Do I go too far in describing the sensual effects of our Strange Projections?
Perhaps I should’ve conceded to Fuller’s suggestion for rebranding our joint venture as Fuller Projections. He’s clearly running the show.
